Qualification measure for specialists of the care support points in Rhineland-Palatinate
Project objective
The aim of the project was to develop and implement a modular qualification for professionals in the care support centers to become "Personal Care Managers" (PPM) as a pilot project.
The qualification measure includes opportunities for the professionals in the care support centers and the people with care needs alike. The specialists in the care support centers received a significant increase in competence through the tailor-made further training offer as well as the basis for building up, demand-oriented in-depth offers in tailor-made further training courses. In the future, people with care needs and their relatives will be able to receive more tailored support from the personal care managers to help them stay in their own homes, relieve the burden on family networks and receive more competent support and networking of the required support systems.
