Improving professionalism and health in nursing
The current situation in nursing limits your professionalism. Not being able to care well is stressful. PRO*PFLEGE helps you to better deal with the challenges of everyday caregiving.
Professional nursing action needs spaces for reflection, self-care and co-creation. The triad of nursing ethics, health promotion and professionalism of the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course increases your competence to act and creates resilience: nursing professionals stay healthy, professionalism in facilities increases and care for the population becomes safer.
The seminar days are designed to be interactive. PRO*PFLEGE offers you a good learning environment: On all course days, at least two lecturers are available at the same time. The course group is designed for 16 nursing professionals.
You will learn new tools and strategies to support you in your everyday nursing work. Based on this, you will receive coaching on concept development for professional changes in nursing. You will be able to present the results effectively.
And along the way, you will strengthen your digital competence. The lecturers will introduce you step by step to the online working world. You will learn a selection of tools, methods and interventions that support your everyday nursing work. In this way, relationships can also be experienced online.
The course takes place predominantly online. You can participate from home. This eliminates travel time and costs. To participate, you need a computer or laptop and a stable Internet connection. You will receive all the necessary information before the course begins. We, the PRO*PFLEGE team and our IT specialists, will support you as you enter the world of digital learning.
Your participation in the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course in 2023 is free of charge, and we expect you to attend all course days. The pilot course in 2023 is fully booked.

Continuing education credits - national and international creditability
Registration of professional nurses, ECTS points & Landespflegekammer RLP
The PRO*PFLEGE certificate course is registered with the Registration of Professional Nurses. You will be credited with 25 continuing education points for 2023.
PRO*PFLEGE has a scope of performance of 7 ECTS points. The abbreviation ECTS stands for European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. It is the uniform European recording system for student achievements. The ECTS points enable you to take the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course into account in a future course of study.
From 2024 at the latest, the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course is to be listed as continuing education with the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Nursing.
