Improving professionalism and health in nursing
The current situation in the care sector limits your professionalism. Not being able to provide good care is a burden. PRO*PFLEGE helps you to cope better with the challenges of day-to-day care.
Professional care needs spaces for reflection, self-care and co-design. The triad of nursing ethics, health promotion and professionalism of the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course increases your ability to act and creates resilience: nurses stay healthy, professionalism in the facilities increases and the care of the population becomes safer.
The seminar days are designed to be interactive. PRO*PFLEGE offers you a good learning environment: at least two lecturers are available to you at the same time on all course days. The course group is designed for 16 nursing professionals.
You will learn new tools and strategies to support you in your day-to-day care work. Building on this, you will receive coaching on concept development for professional changes in care. You will be able to present the results effectively.
And you will also strengthen your digital skills. The lecturers will introduce you to the online working world step by step. You will get to know a selection of tools, methods and interventions that will support your day-to-day care work. This makes it possible to experience relationships online.
The course mainly takes place online. You can take part from home. This eliminates travel time and travel costs. You will need a computer or laptop and a stable internet connection to take part. You will receive all the necessary information before the course starts. We, the PRO*PFLEGE team and our IT specialists, will support you as you enter the world of digital learning.
Your participation in the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course is supported and we expect you to attend all course days.

Continuing education credits - national and international creditability
Registration of professional nurses, ECTS points & Landespflegekammer RLP
The PRO*PFLEGE certificate course is registered with the Registration of Professional Carers. You will be credited with 25 continuing education points.
PRO*PFLEGE is worth 7 ECTS points. The abbreviation ECTS stands for European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. It is the standardized European recording system for student achievements. The ECTS points allow you to transfer the PRO*PFLEGE certificate course to a future degree course.
The PRO*PFLEGE certificate course will be registered as further training with the Rhineland-Palatinate State Chamber of Nursing.
