The DPO is an association of nursing professional associations in Rhineland-Palatinate. It represents the professional interests of nursing staff in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Nursing expertise contributes significantly to the further development of the healthcare system and makes its voice heard.

The umbrella organization bundles and represents the interests of professional nurses in Rhineland-Palatinate. Networking the various fields of action in the care sector is the prerequisite for creating professional framework conditions in which qualified care can take place in Rhineland-Palatinate.

By participating in the respective committees of the state, the umbrella organization represents the interests of professional nursing care at a political level.
