The DPO is an association of nursing professional associations in Rhineland-Palatinate. It represents the profession-related, professional association interests of nursing professionals in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Nursing expertise contributes significantly to the further development of the health care system and speaks out clearly.

The umbrella organization bundles and represents the interests of professional nurses in Rhineland-Palatinate. Networking the various fields of action in the nursing field is the prerequisite for creating professional framework conditions in which qualified nursing can take place in Rhineland-Palatinate.

By participating in the respective committees of the state, the umbrella organization represents the interests of professionally organized care at the political level.
