The PRO*PFLEGE project has been able to gain many significant supporters in the form of the state chamber of nursing and the professional nursing associations, which expressly support the goals and concerns of the PRO*PFLEGE educational project in nursing ethics - health promotion - professionalism. The  occupational health management project PRO*PFLEGE addresses the needs of nursing professionals working in Rhineland-Palatinate to a high degree. Occupational health management for nursing professionals is of great concern to the state chamber of nursing and the professional associations. Health promotion through ethical support helps to increase professionalism in nursing and contributes to the health of nursing professionals. Our supporters are in detail:

The Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Nursing expressly supports the PRO*PFLEGE project (Nursing Ethics - Health Promotion - Professionalism). The core of all actions as the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Nursing is to ensure good nursing care. This responsibility is the pulse that drives the state chamber of nursing and underlies all chamber activities. The State Chamber of Nursing is there for its members. It is their partner and supports the nursing professionals in Rhineland-Palatinate with information and advice. Good nursing care is a decisive factor for social cohesion. The RLP State Chamber of Nursing therefore also sees it as its task to make a contribution to good togetherness in society through its commitment. The nursing chamber will report on PRO*PFLEGE in its social media channels, on the homepage, the digital chamber newsletter and in the chamber magazine and advertise participation. This ensures access to 43,000 nursing professionals in Rhineland-Palatinate, in 2023 and beyond the pilot phase.

The Dachverband der Pflegeorganisationen Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. (DPO) represents all professional organizations of the nursing profession located in Rhineland-Palatinate. The DPO is an association of the nursing professional organizations in Rhineland-Palatinate. It represents the profession-related interests of nursing professionals in Rhineland-Palatinate. Networking the various fields of action in the nursing field is the prerequisite for creating professional framework conditions in which qualified nursing can take place in Rhineland-Palatinate. The DPO will support the PRO*PFLEGE project, report about the project on its
homepage and at the member associations and advertise for it.

The  Federal association care management,regional group Rhineland-Palatinate supports the project PRO*PFLEGE and recruits with its members for the initiative. A goal and purpose of the Federal association care management is the active interest agency of the Profession care and in particular the care management in politics and public. Against the backdrop of the enormous challenges facing nursing, nursing managers in particular bear a major responsibility when it comes to the future shape of the nursing profession and its role in the care process. BV Pflegemanagement sends out a clear signal of the responsibility that the profession already bears today and is prepared to bear in the future. At the center of its actions is the strengthening of the nursing profession.

The German Professional Association for Nursing Professions (DBfK Südwest) e.V., as the largest and best-known independent nursing professional association in Germany, supports the PROPFLEGE educational program. The DBfK represents the professional interests of all branches of the diverse professional care.

The PRO*PFLEGE occupational health management project can be an effective tool for securing skilled labor. Resilient nursing professionals in Rhineland-Palatinate pay dividends in terms of the safety and quality of nursing care in the state. Therefore, the state chamber of nursing, the BV Pflegemanagement, the DBfK and the Dachverband der Pflegeorganisationen e.V. (DPO) will motivate nursing professionals to participate in the pilot course.
