Good care is created in the relationship with people in need of care. Decent and high-quality nursing care must be ensured now and in the future. Healthy, qualified nursing staff in sufficient numbers are indispensable. The nursing profession is an important economic factor and employment driver. It makes an invaluable contribution to our society. Successful care needs a wide range of support! New methods and findings in health promotion open up resources. These need to be tailored and utilized.

We want to enable good, healthy and motivated care work for all care professionals throughout their working lives. The synergy of the two days strengthens the nursing profession.
